Ash is easy to turn, but is a fairly plain blond wood unless you are lucky enough to find spalting, burl, or some nice figuring at a branch junction. This bowl is a deeper form, with a bit of interest from a branch inclusion. The traditional bolied linseed oil and beeswax finish is food safe.
